The United Steel Workers called Trilogy members in 2008 when they found themselves with an inadequate online presence right in the middle of one of the biggest elections in a generation. The union needed a fast turnaround, and hoped for a dramatic increase in site traffic and member communication. They got both.
In the 9 months after partnering with Trilogy, USW traffic jumped 72%. But, for the Union, the rewards extended way beyond the numbers. Trilogy helped USW become a leading voice for workers everywhere, now both online as well as off. The new online strategies allowed the USW to change the way they mobilized members.
