Trilogy Interactive leads digital programs that produce results and propel movements for some of the biggest names in progressive politics, issue advocacy, and the not-for-profit space. Trilogy is looking for a Graphic Designer to join us in Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, or Berkeley, CA to help us develop creative for smart, aggressive campaigns that help our clients reach -- and exceed -- their goals.


As a Graphic Designer on the Trilogy Interactive strategic services team, you will be primarily tasked with designing graphics for use in advertising, social media, and email, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with strategic services teams to develop graphics for use in advertising, social, and email campaigns

  • Actively participating in client strategy discussions to offer effective ideas for visual communications

  • Developing graphic concepts based on written and verbal creative briefs

  • Iterating designs in a collaborative process with client teams (often incorporating client feedback)

  • Using your sense of design to help us continually push our design offerings


While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following:

  • Illustration

  • Animation

  • Logo and identity development

  • Front-end development skills that give you the ability to build out design mockups into functioning web pages and email templates
