- Gold and Platinum PPO medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield: Gold Premiums 100% paid, and Platinum Premium paid up to the Gold level [50% of dependent premiums paid].
- Dental and Vision insurance through Aetna – 100% of premium paid for employees, 50% for dependents.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA), so you can pay using pre-tax dollars for common drugstore items, copays, coinsurance, and services like chiropractic care.

TIME AWAY
- 10+ paid holidays, including: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas. Employees can swap the days before and after Thanksgiving for any other religious observance.
- 15 days PTO accrued annually OR 20 days PTO accrued annually for employees with 5+ years' service
- 10 sick days granted annually
- Bereavement and military leave
- Family and parental leave plans running concurrently with your state’s benefit:
- Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks paid after 12 months’ service
- Family Leave: 2 weeks paid at 60%; 10 weeks unpaid
